I used to be on one of the organ transplant teams when I worked as an RN, at VGH OR. I believe everyone should discuss being an organ donor with their families, including eye donations which can help so many people.

With this book my intention is simple: to stimulate reflection and conversations about why you want the surgery abroad and what the effect on you, the healthcare system abroad, and at home may be in relation to your engagement in this venture.
